Snowfall and the coldness in Sapporo give a stress to construction of ferroconcrete. Further, the surface of this project is the plasterer material which uses water.　So, I made them stop construction during the winter to avoid risk. However, it's March! Spring also came to this town. the construction site restarted it.
このコンクリート外断熱工法を採用したプロジェクトは、外壁が左官系の材料によって仕上げられます。コンクリートや左官材は水分を含んでいるので、札幌の雪や寒さが何かとストレスになります。ということで、この現場は冬季間お休みを頂いておりました。しかしながら今は3月。札幌もかなり暖かくなってきました。春ですね（写真ではまだ少し寒そうな天気ですが…）。
工事は再開し、現場に賑わいが戻ってきました。今秋の完成を目指しプロジェクトは進みます。
