モリ・ノイエ

札幌市に隣接する北広島市に建つ小住宅である。建物は住宅街のエッジに位置し、前面道路は未舗装で通過交通もほとんどない。敷地は岬のような形状をして調整区域の森にくい込んでいるから、大きな木がある92坪の敷地はほとんど周囲の森と一体化して見える。

毎日眺める森。可能な限り大きな開口をとって外部に居る時と同じように漠然と木々を眺めるのではなく、限られた開口から森を眺めることで一本一本の木それぞれと深い関係を持つことができるのではないかと考えた。自分が建物内のどこに居るかによって同じスリット窓からでも見える木が変化する「選ばれた樹木」との親密な関係。赤い実のなる木、美しい葉形を持つ木…それらの木が森の中のどこに位置するかに影響されて『それを見る場所』が建物内部に生まれる。住宅の真ん中にはガラスの風除室が立ち上がって天窓からの光とともに虚像の森がぼんやりと現れる。これら性格の違う光や影、虚・実の風景などが相互に作用しできる、森の中のような心地よい複雑さによって、内外の新しい関係性がつくりだせないかと考えた。

フォルムは北広島の気候や周辺環境から素直に導き出されたものである。フラット屋根での積雪凍結融解による諸問題の回避、屋根からの落雪を堆積できる敷地面積、除雪作業面積の軽減、台形敷地における壁面後退距離の指定などがこの建物形態を決定付けている。

House in forest
Built In Kita Hiroshima City adjacent to Sapporo City, there is a small house. This building is located at an intersection in a residential area. The road in front is unpaved and has little through traffic. Because the site is shaped like a cape and　embedded into the forest in an urbanized controlled district, the site of 304㎡ with their large trees seem to integrate almost with the surrounding woods. A Forest looked at every day. Not only vaguely looking at the trees from as much as possible a big window, just like when being outside, but looking at the forest from slit windows. One can enjoy a deep relation with every individual tree. Depending on where one is in the building. The same tree in not seen from the slit window, an Intimate relation with a selected tree. Where these trees with red fruit and beautiful leaf are located influencing the forest is seen from in this building. There is a room with a wind protection glass in the middle of the house, and from the sky window, light and the virtual image of the forest appears. The actual characteristic differences of the light, the shadow, the nothingness, the scenery, etc. have mutually influence. I thought By the comfortable and complexity of a forest, whether internal and external new relations could be made. The form is shown from the climate and the circumference environment of Kita Hiroshima. The solving of the many problems from frozen dissolution snow covered flat roof. There is a large area where the falling snow can pile up from this roof, mitigating the snow-removal work area. Specification of the construction of a wall distance in a trapezoid site, Thus the above determines this building form.
